Solidarity Saturday Tour
Saturday June 12, 10-11.30 AM
Experience our farm, home and education center that integrate solar greenhouses, energy efficient buildings, abundant market gardens, solar electric and hot water systems, biodiesel vehicles. Free! If you wish, bring a potluck lunch then stay for the afternoon workshop.
No-Till Gardening for Life
Saturday June 12, 1-3 PM
Permanent raised beds, mulching and ‘the cardboard method’ build fertile living soil, produce abundant food and mitigate climate change. We offer this free workshop to support your efforts to Grow Food Everywhere.

Earth and Spirit Retreat for Adults
July 9-11
Many workshops focus on either practical skills towards sustainability or spiritual practices. This weekend retreat is unique in that it unites both. We’ll weave contemplative practice including meditation and yoga with interactive workshops on growing food, renewable energy, and sacred, energy efficient design. School Gardens and Greenhouses
Thursday August 12, 2-5 PM
This popular workshop features school garden and greenhouse techniques, curriculum connections, and service learning. Geared toward educators, all are welcome. PDPs available. $20 covers materials and refreshments. Discount for supporters. Spaces limited, pre-registration required.

We are thrilled to live among creative and skilled folks. We’ll do a neighborhood tour that includes Little White Goat dairy and examples of innovative energy efficiency in new construction and a renovated farm house.
